The Past
Visual Statement was incorporated in 1996 as a software and internet development company and launched its first products in 1998. We are a Canadian company managed by experienced professionals. VS Visual Statement Inc has customers in Canada, USA, Spain, Greece, Mexico, Australia, Great Britain, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, and many other countries in all parts of the world. Currently, VS supports over 4500 law enforcement agencies and consultants, and approximately 30,000 users.
Mike Kennedy and Craig Luker P.Eng were the collision reconstructionists that founded Visual Statement. Both have many years of experience as instructors and expert witnesses. They had a vision to generate easy to use, but state of the art tools for incident investigation and reconstruction. Several years later the first products emerged with immediate market approval. These products have now expanded beyond basic diagramming to advanced collision and crime investigation tools, and enterprise products for the reporting and analysis of collisions in all areas of the globe.
The Present
The Kamloops, British Columbia operation employs 21 personnel: all of whom are qualified to Level One Collision Investigator or higher. The development team employs only the highest level computer science graduates, the majority of whom have strong mathematics and physics backgrounds.
