Overview

Visual Statement creates reliable, customer-driven incident reporting software and related products that enable law enforcement personnel to do their jobs better. In an industry based on precision and accuracy, we take those concepts one step further, by bringing a very human approach to all our endeavors. We treat each customer as a valued partner and are behind them - always.

What began as a small software development company in 1996 has grown significantly over the years. We developed a widely accepted incident scene diagramming solution in 2000, and continued to innovate in the best way we knew how - by listening to our customers. By 2006 we caught the attention of Trimble Navigation Limited, and were purchased by them to compliment their range of public safety solutions worldwide.

Our small company approach is part of what has made us successful. We continue to provide a small company experience to our customers, with the added support of our parent company, Trimble.

We remain true to our roots and embrace innovation, integrity and customer-service as our core values. We listen intently to our customers and integrate their unique and changing needs into our development process. We set the industry standard this way. We firmly believe in our products. We know that they are intuitive, easy to use, save time, are cost-effective, and contribute to the safety of officers in the field, and their community at large. Visual Statement currently supports and draws on the experience of more than 4,500 law enforcement agencies and consultants, and approximately 30,000 users worldwide.

Our development team is knowledgeable, highly skilled, responsive and customer-focused. Our sales team is professional, approachable and very committed. Together with our customers, we are continually raising the bar, staying ahead of our competition, and moving toward our goal to be the premiere incident reporting company worldwide.
