Dan Rutherford
Dan Rutherford is a Sergeant with the Pueblo Police Department in Pueblo, Colorado. He supervises the swing shift accident investigation and reconstruction team. Dan just completed his 14th year in Law Enforcement. The majority of this time has been spent in the Traffic Division investigating and reconstructing accidents.
Dan currently teaches in the field of traffic accident reconstruction. He lectures in the field of physics as it related to traffic accident reconstruction. He is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR).
Dan is also a private consultant in the field of traffic accident reconstruction, and he has testified throughout Colorado as an expert in the field of traffic accident reconstruction.
Dan has been a long time user of Visual Statement programs.
