Scott Sayban
I have been with the police department for 19 years; 2 years as an undercover officer; 5 years as a motorcycle officer and the last 8 years as a detective in the vehicular Crimes Unit for Phoenix P.D. I specialize in the reconstruction of fatal or serious injury traffic collision. In addition to vehicle collisions, I have investigated Train and Aircraft collisions.
I have over 1100 hours of training from institutes such as I.P.T.M., Texas A&M, Northwestern University, University of California Riverside and Federal Department of Transportation. I currently instruct other officers and detectives in the use of Sokkia Total Stations, G.P.S. and Vulcan 3D mapping systems. I have been involved in the preparation and execution of numerous staged vehicle collisions for training and data retrieval. I have been recognized in Superior, Municipal and Civil courts as an expert in the field of accident reconstruction.
